A LITTLE BEER, A LOT OF SPIRIT
Coming from LeVeL33, Singapore’s best-known rooftop microbrewery, Thomas brings his expertise with craft beer into the cocktail world. For this guest shift, he explores how the flavours and characteristics of beer can work alongside Código 1530 tequila, creating unexpected combinations in an exclusive menu.
NOT YOUR USUAL ROUND
These five cocktails reward discovery. Sarah’s Fire unites the heat of chilli with kaffir lime leaves and Brut Beer, while IPA Del Fuego pairs smoky mezcal with raspberry-infused Campari and India Pale Ale. Cantarito offers something lighter with citrus and Blond Lager, and Golden Deposit combines butter-washed tequila with hops-infused agave. For those who prefer to keep things simple, All Night Long is a refreshing mix of tequila, soda and lime.
